PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Grain Cleaner-Separator with Double Aspiration Fan & De-Braner is a high-efficiency, multi-stage cleaning system designed for professional atta plants, grain processing units, mandis, godowns, mini rice mills, and commercial cleaning lines.
This machine performs 3 functions in 1 integrated system:
1 Pre-Aspiration (First Fan) – removes dust, straw & light impurities
2 De-Braner / Rulla – removes surface dirt, bran layer & micro dust
3 Post-Aspiration (Second Fan) – removes loose impurities released by de-braning
Grain Separation Deck – separates small, broken grains, stones, oversize & undersize particles
