1. Conditioning Process
Perfect moisture for perfect results.
To achieve superior whiteness and quality, chana dal is conditioned with 12–14% moisture using our Warm Conveyor, ensuring optimal preparation for grinding.
2. Crushing Process
Power-packed crushing for flawless texture.
Conditioned chana dal is crushed using high-performance Pin Mills and Micro Pulverizers, delivering uniform particle size and consistent texture.
3. Filtering Process
Precision filtering for superior quality.
The crushed product is passed through Heavy-Duty Centrifugal Machines to separate fine-quality Besan based on mesh size. Coarser particles are reprocessed through the Pin Mill or Micro Pulverizer, ensuring maximum yield and premium-grade output.
